1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fd33 ("fd33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://fd33.io. 3 Account Registration

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fd33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from major Bangladeshi institutions including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Minimum deposit: ৳200. fd33 does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your fd33 account balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. 6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on fd33 are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. By confirming a bet, you agree to the odds and conditions shown at that moment. fd33 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded, and this was not reflected in the platform due to a technical error.

• Evidence of match fixing, corruption, or irregular market movement is identified by fd33 or an independent authority.

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. fd33 uses verified third-party data feeds for in-play pricing. Minor delays between real-world events and platform market updates are inherent to live betting; fd33 will not accept liability for bets placed during such delays where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement.

Multi Bet (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single stake. All selections must be correct for the accumulator to return a winning result. Individual event rules apply to each selection within a Multi Bet. If any single selection within the accumulator is voided, that selection is treated as a non-runner and the remaining selections continue to apply at revised combined odds.

7 Casino Game Rules

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any fd33 content without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of fd33 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

fd33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous uptime and platform stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, data transmission failures, or force majeure events.
